How far is it from the sea?

The Residence is about 500 meters from the Guidaloca beach, the largest and most equipped in the area, the Tonnara with its stacks and the Zingaro Nature Reserve are respectively 1.5 km and 3.5 km from the property.

Are there restaurants and supermarkets nearby?

At a short distance, 500 meters, there are supermarket, bar, pharmacy and greengrocer. In the village of Scopello, 1.5 km away, there are various bars, restaurants and souvenir shops.

How far is it from the airport? Is it necessary to rent a car?

The airports of Palermo and Trapani are located a short distance from the hotel (about 50 km), so the choice of one or the other as the point of arrival/departure is irrelevant. Renting a car or a scooter is strongly recommended, as the area is not well served by public transport, especially for those who want to visit historic sites or neighboring cities such as Erice, Segesta, Palermo, etc …

How can I book?

It is possible to book by credit card or bank transfer by paying a deposit equal to 30% of the total price. For the cancellation conditions, please contact us.

Are pets allowed?

For space reasons, only small pets are allowed. The presence of animals involves an extra final cleaning cost of € 25.

Are the beaches sandy or pebbly?

The coast is characterized by stretches of cliffs, beaches and pebble coves, therefore it is recommended to bring rock shoes. The closest sandy beach, Playa Playa, is located in Castellammare del Golfo and is about 8 km away. The famous beach of San Vito lo Capo is 40 km away.

Are there any rules to observe regarding the use of the swimming pool?

The apartments are supplied with sheets and a set of towels for each occupant, so the only one to bring is the beach towel. In addition, the kitchen is complete with the necessary dishes.

At what time is it possible to check-in and check-out?

The apartments are delivered at 2 pm, times may vary according to the period and occupation. Cleanliness is of fundamental importance to us, so we dedicate the necessary time to each apartment to be delivered in the most welcoming way possible. We recommend that customers tell us their arrival time in advance. Check-out must be done by 10 am, obviously depending on the period we are more or less flexible on the time.

Is there a reception inside the Residence? What to do in case of arrival after reception opening hours?

The reception is open from 8.30 to 19.30. In case of arrival after closing time, there is a safety deposit box at the entrance which, upon contact to communicate the opening code, makes it possible to arrive even in the late evening. In case of early check-out, you can use the same method.

What is included in the price?

The final price includes all costs: water, electricity, gas, internal parking, use of services (swimming pool, barbecue, a vegetable garden), final cleaning. For bookings longer than one week, a complete change of linen and mid-week cleaning is included. It will be possible to have further changes or cleaning, for those who wish, by paying a small extra. In the structure there is also a washing machine for common use, to be able to wash your clothes independently. The tourist tax is the only item not included in the final price, the cost is 1 euro per night for the first 6 nights and for guests over 12 years of age.
